Sometimes we find that it can be really difficult to quantify the impact of our service – we see it and feel it every day, our volunteers see the journey our human and pet beneficiaries go on with us and we all have absolutely no doubt that together Team RT are making a phenomenal difference to people and their pets across Northern Ireland.
We also knew however, that the volunteer teams braving the Northern Irish weather deserved to be able to see just how significant a difference their dedication, commitment and compassion makes to the people we support.
So, we set out to put the magic of RT into numbers – we asked those we support to fill out surveys, we collated figures and we were able to create our Impact Card.
We are so proud of these numbers, we were so moved by the survey responses and we are more determined than ever to grow and develop thus allowing us to help as many people and their pets as possible.
We could not share this without saying a gigantic and heartfelt thank you to each and every volunteer who has supported us, supported our beneficiaries and made the impact we have had possible.
